Steps
- In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with salt and black pepper until well combined.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the diced green bell pepper and tomato to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes until slightly softened.
