- Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Jalapeños - 30 grams, sliced

- Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
