  • Linguine - 200 grams
  • Halal lobster meat - 200 grams, cooked and chopped

  • Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams (optional, ensure Halal)

Steps

  1. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red chili flakes, and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
  4. Stir in the chopped lobster meat and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing gently to combine with the sauce. Pour in the lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
