- Halal turkey sausage - 100 grams, sliced
- Long-grain rice - 100 grams
- Diced tomatoes - 200 grams, canned
- Onion - 1 small, chopped

- Chicken broth - 250 ml
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, sautéing until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the diced chicken breast and sliced turkey sausage, cooking until the chicken is browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the rice, diced tomatoes (with their juices), chicken broth, paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
