- Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Butter (halal) - 50 grams, softened
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley (optional) - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spread the seasoned butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place two slices of bread in the pan, buttered side down. Top each with half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
