Ingredients

  • 2 large croissants
  • 150 grams halal turkey breast, sliced
  • 50 grams Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice the croissants in half horizontally and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer the Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  4. Add the sliced halal turkey on top of the cheese.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread the garlic mayonnaise evenly on the top half of each croissant.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are warm.
  8. Remove from the oven and layer the avocado slices and mixed salad greens on top of the turkey.
  9. Close the sandwiches with the top half of the croissants, cut in half if desired, and serve immediately.
