- 2 large croissants
- 150 grams halal turkey breast, sliced
- 50 grams Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice the croissants in half horizontally and place them on a baking sheet.
- Layer the Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Add the sliced halal turkey on top of the cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the garlic mayonnaise evenly on the top half of each croissant.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are warm.
