- crab meat - 200 grams
- breadcrumbs - 50 grams
- mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- green onion (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- parsley (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- egg - 1 large
- garlic (minced) - 1 clove
- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- olive oil - 3 tablespoons
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, green onion, parsley, egg, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
