Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Yogurt - 100 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • All-purpose flour - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Panko breadcrumbs - 100 grams
  • Cooking oil - for frying

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add yogurt, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to the chicken. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for the beaten egg, and one for panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat each chicken strip in flour, then dip into the egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
