- Chicken breast - 300 grams
- Yogurt - 100 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- All-purpose flour - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Panko breadcrumbs - 100 grams
- Cooking oil - for frying
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into strips and place them in a bowl.
- Add yogurt, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to the chicken. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for the beaten egg, and one for panko breadcrumbs.
