  • Pita bread - 2 pieces
  • Cucumber - 1/2, diced
  • Greek yogurt - 1 cup
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste for tzatziki

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the cubed chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring the pieces are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the chicken is marinating, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, fresh dill, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
