  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Tahini - 2 tablespoons
  • Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, ground coriander, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and add to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
