- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, ground coriander, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and add to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
