- Heavy cream - 60 ml
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Pie crust (store-bought) - 1
- Egg (for egg wash) - 1, beaten
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and minced garlic, sautéing until onions are translucent.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet, season with salt, black pepper, and thyme, and cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
