  • Chicken broth - 240 ml
  • Heavy cream - 60 ml
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Pie crust (store-bought) - 1
  • Egg (for egg wash) - 1, beaten

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and minced garlic, sautéing until onions are translucent.
  3. Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet, season with salt, black pepper, and thyme, and cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
