- Fresh lemon juice - 1/4 cup (60ml)
- Capers, drained - 2 tablespoons (30g)
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons

- 1. Begin by gently pounding the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin, then season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- 2. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off any excess.
