  • Halal chicken breast - 250 grams
  • Egg noodles - 100 grams
  • Carrot - 1 medium, diced
  • Celery - 1 stalk, diced
  • Onion - 1 small, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Chicken broth - 1 liter
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, diced carrot, and diced celery, and sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Cut the Halal chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add it to the pot. Stir until the chicken is slightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth, add the dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
