  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
