  • Red onion - 1/4 medium, thinly sliced
  • Lettuce - 1 cup, shredded
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and add them to the marinade, ensuring even coating. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
