  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the diced chicken breast to the pan and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
