- Daikon radish - 50 grams, julienned

- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and add them to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 7-10 minutes, or until fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the pickled vegetables by combining the julienned carrot and daikon radish in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
