- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Canned diced tomatoes - 200 grams
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add the minced garlic and diced chicken to the skillet, cooking until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced zucchini, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the zucchini is slightly tender.
