  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Grated mozzarella cheese - 100 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, sliced zucchini, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped onion, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the chicken and zucchini are evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
