  • bell pepper (any color) - 1 medium, sliced
  • broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • onion - 1 medium, sliced
  • garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • soy sauce (halal) - 3 tablespoons
  • sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt - to taste
  • spring onions - 2, chopped, for garnish
  • sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with black pepper and a pinch of salt.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are cooked through and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
