  • Carrot - 1 medium, diced
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Green peas - 1/2 cup (75 grams)
  • Onion - 1 small, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon, or to taste
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon, or to taste
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and diced chicken to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
