- cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 cup (60 grams)
- bread crumbs - 1/4 cup (30 grams)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing for about 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add the sliced chicken breasts to the skillet, cooking until they are browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced carrot, diced bell pepper, sliced zucchini, and broccoli florets. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
- Pour in the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth, mixing well to combine. Add the mixed herbs, salt, and black pepper.
