- Sweet potato, diced - 200 grams
- Bell pepper, sliced - 1 medium
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Carrot, julienned - 1 medium
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Green onion, chopped - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
