  • Sweet potato, diced - 200 grams
  • Bell pepper, sliced - 1 medium
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Carrot, julienned - 1 medium
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Green onion, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
