  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into 2 cm cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the spice mixture to the sweet potatoes and toss until they are well coated.
