Ingredients

  • Halal chicken breast - 200 grams, diced
  • Fresh spinach - 100 grams, washed and chopped
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Tortillas (large) - 2 pieces
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced Halal chicken breast to the skillet, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
  3. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and mix in half of the shredded mozzarella cheese with the chicken and spinach mixture.
  5. Place one tortilla in a clean skillet over medium heat. Spread half of the chicken and spinach mixture evenly over the tortilla and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Top with a second tortilla.
  6. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden and crispy, then carefully flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side.
  7. Remove from the skillet and let it cool slightly before slicing into wedges. Repeat the process with the second tortilla and remaining filling.
