- heavy cream - 1/2 cup (120 ml)

- paprika - 1 teaspoon (2 grams)
- cumin - 1/2 teaspoon (1 gram)
- parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the diced carrot and green bell pepper to the skillet, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until softened.
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the rice, chicken broth, and frozen peas. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch (23x23 cm) baking dish. Drizzle the heavy cream on top and gently stir to combine.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
