  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cucumber - 1 small, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 1/2 small, finely chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled (optional)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
