- Halal chicken breast - 300 grams, diced
- Potatoes - 200 grams, peeled and diced
- Egg noodles - 150 grams
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, grated
- Chicken broth - 250 ml
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large pot, boil water and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
