  • Halal chicken breast - 300 grams, diced
  • Potatoes - 200 grams, peeled and diced
  • Egg noodles - 150 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, grated
  • Chicken broth - 250 ml

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large pot, boil water and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
