- Halal chicken breast - 200 grams, diced
- Fresh mushrooms (button or cremini) - 100 grams, sliced
- Chicken broth - 500 ml
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps
- In a medium saucepan, heat the chicken broth over low heat and keep it warm.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and browned.
- Stir in the diced Halal chicken breast, cooking until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.

- Begin adding the warm chicken broth, one ladle at a time, stirring frequently. Allow the rice to absorb the broth before adding more, continuing this process for about 18-20 minutes until the rice is creamy and al dente.
