  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
