- Coconut milk - 200 ml
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, olive oil, garlic, onion, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- In a baking dish, arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer. Pour the seasoned chicken mixture over the cauliflower.

- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cauliflower is tender.
