  • Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coconut milk - 200 ml
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, olive oil, garlic, onion, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
