Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams, diced
  • Brussels sprouts - 200 grams, halved
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken breast to the pan and season with black pepper and salt. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add Brussels sprouts, red bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 5-6 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
