- Brussels sprouts - 200 grams, halved
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the pan and season with black pepper and salt. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
