  • Halal chicken breast - 200 grams, diced
  • Brussels sprouts - 200 grams, halved
  • Egg noodles - 150 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken broth - 1 cup
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
  • Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and Brussels sprouts to the skillet, stirring for an additional 5 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are tender.
