- Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
