  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce (Halal) - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated (optional)
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
