Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Brussels sprouts - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet.
  4. In another bowl, mix the chicken breast with the remaining olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Make sure the chicken is well coated.
  5. Place the chicken on the same baking sheet as the Brussels sprouts.
