- Brussels sprouts - 200 grams

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet.
