  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Red onion - 1/4 medium, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Mixed salad greens - 100 grams
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled (optional)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
