  • Tomato - 1 medium, diced

  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Tahini sauce - 1/4 cup

Steps

  1. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak it for 15 minutes.
  2. In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the soaked rice and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and water is absorbed.
