- Broccoli florets - 200 grams
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 150 grams
- Cream cheese - 50 grams
- Milk - 100 ml
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs - 30 grams
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the broccoli florets. Blanch for 2-3 minutes until bright green, then drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add the blanched broccoli and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until the broccoli is well coated.
- Transfer the broccoli mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
