Ingredients

  • Broccoli florets - 200 grams
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 150 grams
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Milk - 100 ml
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs - 30 grams
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the broccoli florets. Blanch for 2-3 minutes until bright green, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add the blanched broccoli and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until the broccoli is well coated.
  5. Transfer the broccoli mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
