- Halal ground beef - 300 grams
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Burger buns (mini) - 2 pieces
- Cheddar cheese - 2 slices
- Lettuce leaves - 2 pieces
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
- Mustard - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions and shape them into patties about 1.5 cm thick.
- Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
- While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns in a separate pan until golden brown.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the cheeseburger patty, a slice of tomato, ketchup, mustard, and the top half of the bun.
- Serve immediately while warm.
