Ingredients

  • Halal ground beef - 300 grams
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Burger buns (mini) - 2 pieces
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 slices
  • Lettuce leaves - 2 pieces
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions and shape them into patties about 1.5 cm thick.
  3. Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
  5. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns in a separate pan until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the cheeseburger patty, a slice of tomato, ketchup, mustard, and the top half of the bun.
  7. Serve immediately while warm.
