- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
- Tomato - 1 medium, diced
- Lettuce - 1 cup, shredded
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
- Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
- Tortillas - 2 large
- Salsa - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and break it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
