  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Burger buns - 2 pieces
  • Lettuce - 2 leaves
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cheese slices (optional) - 2 slices
  • Ketchup - to taste
  • Mustard - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a grill pan or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Once the oil is hot, add the burger patties to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. If using cheese, place a slice on each burger during the last minute of cooking to melt.
