  • Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
  • Soy sauce (halal) - 4 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce (halal) - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks

Steps

  1. Cook the spaghetti or fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with cornstarch, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until browned. Remove the beef and set aside.

  5. Add the broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
  6. Return the beef to the pan and pour in the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the pan, tossing everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce and heated through.
  8. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
