Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • BBQ sauce - 100 ml
  • Corn tortillas - 4 pieces
  • Cabbage - 100 grams, shredded
  • Carrot - 50 grams, grated
  • Cilantro - 20 grams, chopped
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken breast with BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the slaw by mixing shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
