  • carrot, diced - 1 small
  • green bell pepper, diced - 1 small
  • peas, frozen - 1/2 cup
  • soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • BBQ sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • green onions, sliced - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
