- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

- Red cabbage, thinly sliced - 1 cup
- Fresh cilantro, chopped - 1/4 cup
- Avocado, sliced - 1 medium
- Sour cream or Greek yogurt - 1/4 cup
- Lime wedges - 2 pieces
Steps
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the fish fillets to the marinade, ensuring they're well coated. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated fish for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the fish is grilling, warm the corn tortillas on a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Once the fish is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing it into smaller pieces.
- To assemble the tacos, place a few pieces of grilled fish on each tortilla, top with red cabbage, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
- Drizzle sour cream or Greek yogurt on top and serve with lime wedges on the side.
