  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • BBQ sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Flour tortillas - 4 small
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the pan and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
