- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 300 grams
- BBQ sauce (Halal) - 100 ml
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula) - 150 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
- Red onion - 1/4 medium, thinly sliced
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts and BBQ sauce, ensuring the chicken is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 75°C.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.

- Add the sliced chicken on top of the salad. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
