Steps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower head and trim the stem, ensuring the cauliflower stands upright.
- Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks, making about 2-3 steaks depending on the size of the head.
