  • BBQ sauce - 1/2 cup

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower head and trim the stem, ensuring the cauliflower stands upright.
  3. Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks, making about 2-3 steaks depending on the size of the head.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  5. Brush the marinade generously over both sides of each cauliflower steak.
