Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease two cupcake liners with ghee.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and mix well, followed by the milk and rose water, stirring until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
