Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease two cupcake liners with ghee.
- In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

- Add the egg and mix well, followed by the milk and rose water, stirring until combined.
